RECTIFIER AND ELECTRIC DUST COLLECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize speed distribution of a gas on a downstream side of an enlarged duct.SOLUTION: A rectifier 7 is provided on an electric dust collector 1, which comprises a duct collection casing 2 having an inlet part 2D having a rectangular cross-sectional shape which is so formed that a height dimension and a width dimension thereof are different from each other and an enlarged duct 5 which is connected to the inlet part 2D in the dust collection box 2 and which is so formed that a cross section thereof is gradually increased toward the inlet part 2D, and rectifies a flow of a gas passing in the enlarged duct 5. The rectifier 7 has a plate-like member 7A which partitions the interior of the enlarged duct 5 into an upstream side and a downstream side of the gas. In the plate-like member 7A, plural rectangular opening holes 7B, of which a height dimension and a width dimension are different from each other, are formed in parallel in a height direction and a width direction. A direction of extension of a long side of the opening hole 7B is coincident with that of a long side of the inlet part 2D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】拡大ダクト下流のガスの速度分布を均一化する。【解決手段】高さ寸法と幅寸法とが相互に異なって形成された長方形断面形状の入口部２Ｄを有する集塵ケーシング２と、集塵ケーシング２における入口部２Ｄに接続されて入口部２Ｄに向けて断面積が漸次拡大して形成された拡大ダクト５と、を備える電気集塵装置１に設けられ、拡大ダクト５内を通過するガスの流れを整える整流装置７である。整流装置７は、拡大ダクト５内をガスの上流と下流とに区分けする板状部材７Ａを有する。板状部材７Ａは、高さ寸法と幅寸法とが相互に異なる長方形状の開口穴７Ｂが高さ方向および幅方向に複数並列に形成されている。開口穴７Ｂは、長辺が入口部２Ｄの長辺と延在する向きが一致する。【選択図】図３
