Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor in which the part of a fixed section facing a movable section can be prevented from deforming, the facing part can be processed accurately, and fracture of the winding of a coil due to vibration fatigue can be prevented.SOLUTION: A base 13 has a second recess 13a facing a first recess, a second protrusion 13b abutting against a first protrusion, a first coolant passage communicating with the first recess via a first notch, a second coolant passage 13d communicating with the first recess via a second notch, and a through hole 13e provided in the bottom of the second recess 13a and interconnecting the opposite ends of the winding of a coil. A third coolant passage for passing the coolant flowing from the first coolant passage toward second coolant passage 13d is formed by the first recess and second recess 13a. The through hole 13e is provided adjacently to the second protrusion 13b, on the downstream side in the flow direction of coolant in the third coolant passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】可動部に対向する固定部の対向部の変形を防止することができ、対向部を精度よく加工することができ、コイルの巻線の振動疲労による破断を防止することができるリニアモータを提供する。【解決手段】基台部13は、第1凹部に対向する第2凹部13aと、第1凸部に当接する第2凸部13bと、第1切欠部を介して第1凹部に連通する第1冷媒流路と、第2切欠部を介して第1凹部に連通する第2冷媒流路13dと、第2凹部13aの底部に設けられコイルの巻線の両端部を挿通させる貫通孔13eとを有する。第1凹部と第2凹部13aとによって、第1冷媒流路から第2冷媒流路13dへ向かう冷媒が流れる第3冷媒流路が形成される。貫通孔13eは、第3冷媒流路における冷媒の流れ方向F下流側に、第2凸部13bに隣接して設けられている。【選択図】図7 |
