Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive and high quality dynamo-electric machine by suppressing productivity degradation due to seizure or galling, without deteriorating the characteristics (torque pulsation) and vibration/noise performance of the motor of dynamo-electric machine.SOLUTION: In a stator of dynamo-electric machine including multiple fan-shaped split cores each having a yoke of arcuate outer periphery and multiple teeth projecting inward in the circumferential direction from the yoke at a predetermined pitch, and formed of a laminated steel plate, a stator core formed cylindrically by bringing both adjoining opposite surfaces of the fan-shaped split core into butt state, with the outer diameter side as a junction, an outer casing iron core having inner peripheral surface where the stator core is press fitted, and a stator winding wound around the teeth, recesses formed by shortening the outer diameter size of the laminated steel plate, in units of multiple plates, are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the junction at intervals in the axial direction of the stator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】回転電機のモータの特性(トルク脈動)及び振動・騒音性能を悪化させることなく、焼付きやカジリなどの生産性低下を抑制し安価で高品質な回転電機を得る。【解決手段】外周が円弧状であるヨーク部とこのヨーク部から内向きに且つ周方向に所定ピッチで突出した複数のティース部を有し、積層鋼板で形成された複数の扇形状分割鉄心と、この扇形状分割鉄心の互いに隣り合う両対向面を突合状態とし且つ外径側を接合部として円筒状に形成された固定子鉄心と、この固定子鉄心が内周面に圧入された外筒鉄心と、ティース部に巻装された固定子巻線とを有する回転電機の固定子であって、接合部の周辺外周面には、積層鋼板の外径寸法を複数枚単位で短くすることにより形成された窪み部が、固定子の軸方向に間隔をおいて配置されている。【選択図】図3
