TRAFFIC ACCIDENT STATISTICS CREATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic accident statistic creation system capable of easily creating a statistic of traffic accidents including information managed by municipal offices such as a piece of grade information of a handicapped persons as perpetrators or victims of traffic accidents.SOLUTION: Accident information is acquired from an accident information DB storing accident information including a license number of a party of a traffic accident. An individual ID number is acquired based on the license number from the license information DB. A piece of handicap information is acquired from a handicapped person information DB based on the individual ID number. A traffic accident statistic is created relevant to handicaps based on the acquired accident information and the handicap information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 交通事故の加害者や被害者の障がい者の等級情報など市や区で管理している情報を含む、交通事故の統計を作成が容易ではなかった。【解決手段】事故情報を記憶した事故情報DBから、交通事故の事故当事者の免許番号を含む事故情報を取得し、前記免許情報DBから、前記免許番号に基づいて、個人番号を取得し、障がい者情報DBから、前記個人番号に基づいて、障がい情報を取得し、前記取得した事故情報と障がい情報とに基づいて、障がいにかかる交通事故統計を作成する。【選択図】図１
