Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray method that enables spray materials such as a droplet and a grinding material to be sprayed for certain on a gap formed at a fitting part of a JES joint.SOLUTION: An underground structural frame for partitioning a tunnel space is constructed by a plurality of steel elements 3, 3 lined up next to each other and penetrated into a ground while engaging joints 9, 10 of the adjacent steel elements 3, 3 with each other, the steel element having the joints 9, 10 installed in a longitudinal direction and including a curved part for forming an engagement groove with a roughly C-shaped cross-section and a plate part, as well as a claw part formed at a tip of the plate part, to be engaged with the engaging groove. A spray method is for spraying a spray material on a gap part 17 formed at the engagement part of the joints 9, 10 exposed in the tunnel space. A traveling body 31 that travels roughly in parallel with the joints 9, 10 is fitted on the steel elements 3, 3. Injection devices 30, 38 are mounted on the traveling body 31 such that a central line of injection passes through the gap part 17. 【課題】JES継手の嵌合部に形成される間隙部に、溶滴や研掃材などの吹付材を確実に吹き付けることができる吹付方法を提供する。【解決手段】断面略C字形の嵌合溝を形成する湾曲部及び板状部を有し、板状部の先端に前記嵌合溝に嵌合される爪部が形成された継手9,10が長手方向に沿って設けられた多数の鋼製エレメント3,3を並列させて、かつ隣接する鋼製エレメント3,3の継手9,10を嵌合させながら地山に貫入して構築され、トンネル空間を区画する地下構造物躯体において、トンネル空間に露出する継手9,10の嵌合部に形成される間隙部17への吹付材の吹付方法であって、鋼製エレメント3,3に継手9,10と略平行に走行する走行体31を取付け、走行体31に噴射中心線が間隙部17を通るように吹付材の噴射装置30,38を搭載して、該走行体31を走行させながら噴射装置38から間隙部17に吹付材を吹き付ける。【選択図】図3 |
