PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic which has excellent storage stability of a cosmetic at a low temperature and suppresses a feeling of stimulation to the skin while capable of obtaining a dry touch feeling and a refreshing feeling when applied to the skin.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid cosmetic which comprises component (A): a polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene decyl tetradecyl ether, component (B): 5-70 mass% of ethanol, component (C): 0.01-5 mass% of an organic acid or a salt thereof, component (D): a cool-feeling agent, component (E): 0.1-6 mass% of a powder comprising one or two or more selected from the group consisting of a polyethylene, nylon, an alkyl polyacrylate, a crosslinked polystyrene, a methylsiloxane network polymer, a crosslinked silicone-a net-like silicone block copolymer, a silicone elastomer and a methacrylic resin as main components and component (F): water.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】低温での化粧料の保存安定性に優れており、皮膚に適用した際にさらさら感および清涼感が得られるとともに皮膚への刺激感が抑制された化粧料の提供。【解決手段】成分（Ａ）：ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンデシルテトラデシルエーテル、成分（Ｂ）：エタノール５〜７０質量％、成分（Ｃ）：有機酸またはその塩０．０１〜５質量％、成分（Ｄ）：冷感剤、成分（Ｅ）：ポリエチレン、ナイロン、ポリアクリル酸アルキル、架橋ポリスチレン、メチルシロキサン網状重合体、架橋型シリコーン・網状型シリコーンブロック共重合体、シリコーンエラストマーおよびメタクリル樹脂からなる群から選ばれる１種または２種以上を主成分とする粉体０．１〜６質量％、及び成分（Ｆ）：水を含む、液状化粧料。【選択図】なし
