CONTROL DEVICE, JOB CONTROL METHOD AND JOB CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly prevent failure in striding over a device group at the time when a job which uses a plurality of device groups is processed.SOLUTION: A control device includes a plurality of device groups including a device equipped with one of a plurality of functions about image formation or post-process, and controls a process of a job that uses a plurality of device groups in a print system that performs sequential process by feeding an output object of a specified device group into a next device group. It includes a determination part which, based on a failure history stored in a storage part in advance, determines whether a failure is predicted if a fed job is executed, and an alert part which issues an alert by controlling the output part if it is determined that a failure is predicted.
