NOZZLE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle device which converges a jet to improve the quality of a cutting surface.SOLUTION: A nozzle device 1 includes: a liquid supply path 11 which supplies a liquid Q; an orifice 3 which jets the liquid Q supplied from the liquid supply path 11 to generate a water jet WJ; straightening means disposed at the downstream side of the orifice 3 and having a through hole 6a which is arranged so as to cover the water jet WJ; a first gas supply path 15b which supplies a gas in a manner such that the gas flows toward the orifice 3 at the upstream side of the through hole 6a; and a second gas supply path 15c which supplies the gas to the inner side or the downstream side of the through hole 6a at the downstream side of the first gas supply path 15b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】噴流を収束させて切断面の品質を向上させることができるノズル装置を提供する。【解決手段】ノズル装置１は、液体Ｑを供給する液体供給路１１と、液体供給路１１から供給された液体Ｑを噴射してウォータージェットＷＪを生成するオリフィス３と、オリフィス３の下流側に配置されウォータージェットＷＪを覆うように配設された貫通孔６ａを有する整流手段と、貫通孔６ａよりも上流側でオリフィス３に向かうように気体を供給する第１気体供給路１５ｂと、第１気体供給路１５ｂよりも下流側で、かつ、貫通孔６ａの内側または下流側に気体を供給する第２気体供給路１５ｃと、を備えている。【選択図】図１
