Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency power source that can output high-frequency electric power as a desired waveform that changes at high-speed.SOLUTION: A high-frequency power source 1 includes two DC-RF conversion units 4A, 4B, and an RF combining unit 5 for combining outputs of both DC-RF conversion unit 4A, 4B. The DC-RF conversion units 4A, 4B amplify, respectively, high-frequency voltages v, vinput from a high-frequency signal generating unit 8, and output high-frequency voltages v, v. The RF combining unit 5 outputs a high-frequency voltage vproportionally corresponding to the phase difference θ of the high-frequency voltages v, v. A control unit 9 switches the phase difference θ between θ1 and θ2. Thus, the output electric power Poutput by the RF combining unit 5 is pulsed high-frequency electric power having a high level period and a low level period. The switching of the phase difference θ can be carried out at high speed; therefore, pulsed high-frequency electric power in which the frequency of switching between a first level and a second level is made high can be output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高周波電力を、高速に変化する所望の波形として出力することができる高周波電源を提供する。【解決手段】高周波電源1は2つのDC−RF変換部4A,4Bと両DC−RF変換部4A,4Bの出力を合成するRF合成部5を備える。DC−RF変換部4A,4Bは、それぞれ、高周波信号生成部8から入力される高周波電圧va,vbを増幅して高周波電圧vPA,vPBを出力する。RF合成部5は高周波電圧vPA,vPBの位相差θに応じた割合で高周波電圧vPXを出力する。制御部9は、位相差θをθ1とθ2との間で切り替える。これにより、RF合成部5から出力される出力電力PXは、ハイレベル期間とローレベル期間とを有するパルス状の高周波電力になる。位相差θの切り替えは高速に行うことができるので、第1レベルと第2レベルとの切り替えの周波数を高くしたパルス状の高周波電力を出力することができる。【選択図】図1
