PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness assembly drawing board device capable of coping with a partial change of a wire harness structure to be assembled, while preventing work efficiency from lowering, and a wire harness assembly method.SOLUTION: A wire harness assembly drawing board device 1 includes: a display device 10 having a display screen 11; and a translucent plate 20 arranged on the display screen 11 and transmitting an image 80 displayed on the display screen 11. A plurality of jigs 31, 33, 35 supporting an assembly of a wire harness are fixed on the translucent plate 20.
