Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator manufacturing method capable of achieving resonance dispersion between a stator and parts other than the stator.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a stator 100 using varnish dripping, includes heating a workpiece consisting of a core 10 and a coil 20 to a predetermined heating temperature to infiltrate a varnish 30 which is a thermosetting resin between the core 10 and the coil 20 and fix it by thermosetting. It is possible to determine such that a natural frequency of the stator 100 is different from natural frequencies of components other than the stator 100, on the basis of correlation between the workpiece heating temperature obtained in advance and the natural frequency of the stator 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ステータとステータ以外の他の部品との共振分散を図ることのできる、ステータの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態にかかるステータ100の製造方法は、ワニス滴下を用いたステータ100の製造方法であって、所定の加熱温度にコア10とコイル20からなるワークを加熱し、熱硬化性樹脂であるワニス30をコア10とコイル20の間に浸透させ、熱硬化によって固定する工程を有し、予め得られたワーク加熱温度とステータ100の固有振動数との相関に基づき、前記ステータ100の有する固有振動数が、ステータ100以外の他の部品の固有振動数と異なる値となるように決定できる。【選択図】図1 |
