Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal material having a passive film on its surface and having corrosion resistance while having a small contact resistance, including a preferable material for use as a material for a fuel cell separator and a fuel cell current collector plate, and provide a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: Conductive particles 3 are embedded in a metal substrate 1 having a passive film 2 on the surface of the same and attached thereto so as to penetrate the passive film 2 in the thickness direction of the same, and a coating film having conductivity and corrosion resistance coats the surface of the metal substrate. To cause the conductive particles to adhere in this way, the conductive particles 3 are scattered and disposed on the metal substrate 1 having the passive film 2, and are pressed down with a roll or the like, so that the particles 3 are pushed into the surface of the metal substrate 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 表面に不働態皮膜を有していて耐食性を有するものでありながら接触抵抗が小さい金属材につき、燃料電池用セパレータや同集電板の素材とするに好ましいものを含めて、金属材そのものとその製造方法とを提供する。【解決手段】 表面に不働態皮膜2を有する金属基材1に、その不働態皮膜2を厚さ方向に貫通する状態に導電性粒子3を埋め込んで付着させ、導電性および耐食性を有する塗膜によってその金属基材の表面を被覆する。導電性粒子をそのように付着させるには、不働態皮膜2がある金属基材1の上に導電性粒子3を散らし置き、ロール等で圧下することにより金属基材1の表面にその導電性粒子3を押し入れるとよい。【選択図】 図2 |
