Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel that enables an optical axis-direction position of a lens to be easily adjusted, and has resistance to impact, and an imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: The lens barrel according to the present invention comprises: a lens holding frame 30 that holds a lens, and has a first hole 31 provided in an outer circumference; a holding frame fixing cylinder 13 that is arranged in the outer circumference of the lens holding frame 30, and has a first opening part 110 provided in a circumferential face; position adjustment member 120 and 130 that are provided with second holes 132, and are mounted to the first opening part 110 while positioned in an optical axis direction; and a fixing member 140 that is inserted into the first hole 31 through the second hole 132 of the position adjustment members 120 and 130, and thereby define a position in the optical axis direction of the lens holding frame 30.
