Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of suppressing deterioration of appearance and keeping heat insulation performance high, even in such a configuration that a foam urethane injection port is separated with installation of a vacuum heat insulation material.SOLUTION: A refrigerator is configured such that a vacuum heat insulation material is arranged in at least a back surface part in a space formed between an outer box and an inner box 5; and a distance between an upper injection port and a lower injection port for injecting urethane into the space is equal to or more than 1000 mm. A gas discharge hole is provided at a side surface part of the inner box 5 so as to be located at the substantially same height as a final charging part 8 for urethane. For a urethane raw material subjected injection foaming, a main component desirably comprises a polyol component not containing a polyester component, especially a mixed polyol of sucrose-based polyol and toluene di-amine-based polyol. Also, the gas discharge hole is desirably installed such that three or more rows of foam gas discharge holes 10 are arranged at a height within a vertical range of 40-120 mm containing a height of the final charging part 8 for foam urethane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】真空断熱材の搭載で発泡ウレタン注入口が離れているような冷蔵庫においても,外観の悪化を抑制しつつ断熱性能を高く保った冷蔵庫を提供する。【解決手段】外箱と内箱5の間に形成される空間内のうち少なくとも背面部に真空断熱材が配置され,空間内にウレタンを注入するための上部注入口と下部注入口との距離が1000mm以上の冷蔵庫において,ウレタンの最終充填部8と略同じ高さであって,内箱5の側面部に,ガス排出孔を有する。なお,注入発泡するポリウレタン原料については,ポリエステル成分を含まないポリオール成分,特にシュークローズ系ポリオールとトルエンジアミン系ポリオールとの混合ポリールを主成分とするのが望ましい。また,ガス排出孔は,発泡ウレタンの最終充填部8の高さを含む上下40〜120mmの範囲内の高さに,3列以上の発泡ガス排出孔10を設置するのが望ましい。【選択図】図3
