Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity joint and a manufacturing method of a constant velocity joint capable of simplifying an assembling work.SOLUTION: A constant velocity joint 100 includes an outer joint member 10 having an outer rolling groove 11 axially extended and an inner peripheral groove 12 circumferentially extended, an inner joint member 30 having an inner rolling groove 31 axially extended, balls 40 disposed between the outer rolling groove 11 and the inner rolling groove 31, and an elastically deformable stop ring 20 mounted in the inner peripheral groove 12. A clearance S is formed between the stop ring 20 and the inner peripheral groove 12, and an inner peripheral side part of the stop ring 20 is projected to a radial inner part from the outer rolling groove 11, so that the inner peripheral side part of the stop ring 20 is accommodated in the inner peripheral groove 12 when being pressed from an opening side of the outer joint member 10, and the inner peripheral side part of the stop ring 20 is kept in a state of being projected from the outer rolling groove 11 when being pressed from a depth side of the outer joint member 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A 【課題】組付け作業の簡素化を図ることができる等速ジョイント及び等速ジョイントの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】等速ジョイント100は、軸方向へ延びる外側転動溝11及び周方向へ延びる内周溝12を有する外側ジョイント部材10と、軸方向へ延びる内側転動溝31を有する内側ジョイント部材30と、外側転動溝11と内側転動溝31との間に配置されるボール40と、内周溝12に装着される弾性変形可能な止め輪20と、を備える。止め輪20と内周溝12との間には隙間Sが形成され、止め輪20の内周側部分は、外側転動溝11から径方向内方へ突出し、外側ジョイント部材10の開口側から押圧された場合には止め輪20の内周側部分が内周溝12に収容される一方、外側ジョイント部材10の奥側から押圧された場合には止め輪20の内周側部分が外側転動溝11から突出した状態が維持される。【選択図】図2A
