Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent deterioration in startability due to water content contained in a cover related to a control device suitable for controlling an internal combustion engine having a part covered by the cover.SOLUTION: At least part of an internal combustion engine 10 is covered by a cover (enclosure 24). A control device for an internal combustion engine includes a water detection sensor 26 for detecting water content contained in the cover.
