Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device comprising a structure for regulating a telescopic adjustment range of an inner jacket and a structure for generating a leaving load at a secondary collison, which can improve assemblability.SOLUTION: A tightening mechanism 18 mounted on a pair of tightened portions 19 of an outer jacket 8 holds an inner jacket 7 at a predetermined position in a telescopic adjustment range by tightening the pair of tightened portions 19.
