Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that the conventional near infrared ray irradiation type brazing apparatus has a reflecting mirror opposed to each of a plurality of junctures and a near infrared ray irradiation source arranged within the reflecting mirror, therein, the reflecting mirror which condenses and applies near infrared rays is contaminated with flux scattered from a brazed part, contaminant in the neighborhood and the like during process, thereby, an un-brazed part due to deterioration of reflectance is produced and apparatus maintenance expenses accompanied by maintenance of the reflecting mirror increases.SOLUTION: A brazing apparatus includes a lamp 11 which generates near infrared light and a reflection plate 10 made of metal thin plate provided with a substance of high reflectance on an inner surface of a reflecting mirror to which the near infrared ray generated from the lamp 11 is made incident. Therein, the reflection plate 10 is fixed to an inner surface of a reflecting mirror block 1 which has the inner surface of such a shape as to easily condense near infrared rays.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の近赤外線照射式ろう付装置は、複数の接合部の各々に対向する反射鏡と該反射鏡内に配置された近赤外線照射源を有するが、近赤外線を集光し照射する反射鏡がプロセス中にろう付部から飛散したフラックスや近傍の汚染物質等により汚染され、反射率の低下による未ろう付部の発生や、反射鏡のメンテナンスに伴う装置維持費の増大といった問題があった。【解決手段】本発明に係るろう付装置は、近赤外光を発生するランプ11、このランプ11から発生する近赤外線が入射する反射鏡内面に反射率の高い物質を備えた金属の薄板からなる反射板10を備え、前記反射板10は近赤外線を集光しやすい形状の内面を有する反射鏡ブロック1内面に固定するようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
