Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method upon discriminating a tumor portion against a non-tumor portion.SOLUTION: The present invention has: a step (a) of irradiating porphyrins stored in a tumor portion of an analyte with excitation light to detect fluorescence to be emitted by the post-excited porphyrins; and a step (b) of shredding a hardened analyte to implement pre-processing of a pathological diagnosis. The step (a) has: a step (a1) of preparing an analyte-purpose holder having an accommodation part accommodating the analyte; a step (a2) of accommodating the analyte in the accommodation part; a step (a3) of causing excitation light to be emitted from an outer side of the analyte-purpose holder, and causing the analyte accommodated in the accommodation part to be irradiated; and a step (a4) of receiving fluorescence to be emitted from the porphyrins excited by being irradiated with the excitation light.
