Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a method and device that allow existence of an identification-purpose pigment to discriminate a tumor portion more correctly than a conventional method and device, as considering an influence with respect to intensity of fluorescence to be emitted from porphyrins.SOLUTION: The present invention has the steps of: irradiating an analyte with excitation light to excite porphyrins; spectroscopically detecting light of a first wavelength band substantially not overlapping an absorption spectrum derived from a pigment of fluorescence to be emitted from the analyte, and acquiring first image information; spectroscopically detecting light of a second wavelength band on a longer wavelength side than the first wavelength band of the fluorescence to be emitted from the analyte, substantially not overlapping the absorption spectrum derived from the pigment, and also substantially not overlapping a spectrum of fluorescence to be emitted from the porphyrins, and acquiring second image information; and acquiring third image information corresponding to an intensity distribution of the fluorescence emitted from the porphyrins on the basis of the first image information and the second image information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】同定用の色素が存在することによって、ポルフィリン類から発せられる蛍光の強度に対する影響を考慮しながら、従来よりも腫瘍部位の判別を正確に行うことのできる方法及び装置を実現する。【解決手段】 本発明は、励起光を前記検体に照射してポルフィリン類を励起する工程と、検体から発せられる蛍光のうち、色素に由来する吸収スペクトルと実質的に重複しない第一波長帯の光を分光検出して第一画像情報を取得する工程と、検体から発せされる蛍光のうち、第一波長帯よりも長波長側の光であって、色素に由来する吸収スペクトルと実質的に重複せず、ポルフィリン類から発せられる蛍光のスペクトルとも実質的に重複しない第二波長帯の光を分光検出して第二画像情報を取得する工程と、第一画像情報と第二画像情報とに基づいて、ポルフィリン類から発せられた蛍光の強度分布に対応した第三画像情報を取得する工程とを有する。【選択図】 図6 |
