Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint having a new structure and provide a split ring that is preferable for the pipe joint.SOLUTION: A pipe joint causes a split ring 20 to be reduced in its diameter while it is being pushed into a joint deep side by fastening a fastening nut 30 against a joint main body 10 and causes a resin pipe 50 to be fastened and fixed to an inner cylindrical part 14 of the joint main body 10. The split ring 20 has three protrusions at its inner peripheral surface in its peripheral direction. When a diameter of the split ring 20 is reduced, a protrusion of the three protrusions positioned at a central part in an axial line direction penetrates into a seal member fitting groove 16 in a radial direction in respect to an outer peripheral surface of the resin pipe 50 at its overlapped position and the remaining two protrusions penetrate into an outer peripheral surface of the resin pipe 50 at a front side and a rear side in an axial line direction in respect to the penetrating positions and at positions where they are not overlapped on the seal member fitting groove 16 in a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】新規な構造を有した管継手及び当該管継手に好適な割リングを提供すること。【解決手段】管継手は、継手本体10に締付ナット30を締め付けることで、割リング20を継手奥側へ押し込みつつ縮径させて、樹脂管50を継手本体10の内筒部14に締付固定する。割リング20は、内周面に3本の突条が周設されている。割リング20が縮径した際には、3本の突条のうち、軸線方向の中央に位置する突条が、樹脂管50の外周面に対してシール部材嵌着溝16に径方向で重なる位置で食い込むとともに、残りの2本の突条が、当該食い込み位置に対して軸線方向の前方及び後方でかつ、シール部材嵌着溝16に径方向で重ならない位置で、樹脂管50の外周面に対して食い込む。【選択図】図3
