Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of completing a cleaning process quickly with a reduced number of components.SOLUTION: An aspect of the invention relates to a system for cleaning an external vehicle-mounted sensor surface. The system includes an air nozzle arranged to discharge air onto the sensor surface; an air pump including a fluid inlet, an air outlet, an air-fluid interface and a variable volume compression chamber communicated with the air outlet; an air flow control device communicated with the air nozzle and the air outlet for controlling the flow of air therethrough; and a liquid pump communicated with the fluid inlet to supply a flow of pressurized liquid such that the volume of the compression chamber varies to generate a predetermined volume of pressurized air with an absolute pressure below 10 bar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】迅速に清掃処理を完了でき、構成部材の数を低減した、システムを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の一態様は、外付式乗物搭載型センサの表面を清掃するためのシステムに関する。システムは、センサ面に空気を排出するように構成された空気ノズルと、流体入口、空気出口、空気流体界面及び空気出口と連通する可変容積の圧縮チャンバを備える空気ポンプと、そこを通る空気流動を制御するために空気ノズル及び空気出口と繋げられた気体流動制御装置と、流体入口と連通して加圧液体流動を供給し、それにより、圧縮チャンバの容積を変化させて10bar未満の絶対圧力の所定容積の加圧空気を発生させる液体ポンプと、を備える。【選択図】図3
