MECHANICAL PENCIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical pencil capable of switching between a state in which a lead is protruded and a state in which the lead is not protruded by applying and releasing writing pressure.SOLUTION: A rear part of a tip member 4 containing a slide member 6 is disposed inside a shaft cylinder 8. The tip member 4 is configured to be non-rotatable and movable forward and backward with respect to the shaft cylinder 8. A rotary member 24 having a front cam 24a at a front part thereof is disposed behind the tip member 4. The rotary member 24 is configured to be rotatable and movable forward and backward with respect to the shaft cylinder 8. A rear cam 4 g engaging with the front cam 24a of the rotary member 24 is provided at a rear part of the tip member 4. A fixed cam 2c engaging with the front cam 24a of the rotary member 24 is provided on an inner face of the shaft cylinder 8. A front spring 22 for elastically urging the slide member 6 forward is disposed between the slide member 6 and the tip member 4. A slide block part for preventing forward and backward movement of the tip member 4 with respect to the shaft cylinder 8 is provided on a side face of the tip member 4 or the shaft cylinder 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】筆圧の付加と解除によって芯が繰り出される状態と繰り出されない状態とを切り替えることができるシャープペンシルを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】軸筒８の内部に、スライド部材６を内包する先部材４の後部が配設され、先部材４は軸筒８に対して回動不能且つ前後動可能に構成されており、先部材４の後方に、前方部に前カム２４ａを設けた回転部材２４が配設され、回転部材２４は軸筒８に対して回動可能且つ前後動可能に構成されており、先部材４の後部に、回転部材２４の前カム２４ａと係合する後カム４ｇを備え、軸筒８の内面に、回転部材２４の前カム２４ａと係合する固定カム２ｃを備え、スライド部材６を前方に弾発する前方スプリング２２がスライド部材６と先部材４との間に配設され、先部材４または軸筒８の側面に、軸筒８に対して先部材４の前後動を阻止する摺動阻止部を設ける。【選択図】図２
