PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device which contributes to cost reduction by a safe mechanism being formed by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A processing device includes: a moving body 21 which moves with a processing object; a lid 31 which covers the moving body 21 and may open or close; and a restriction mechanism 4 which restricts movement of the moving body 21 and opening action of the lid 31.
