Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a separation apparatus for nitrogen from BOG (Boil Off Gas) that separates nitrogen gas from the BOG without increasing energy consumption.SOLUTION: A separation apparatus 1 for separating nitrogen from BOG according to the present invention has: a first adsorption device 5 and a second adsorption device 7 as temperature-swing type adsorption devices each of which is filled with an adsorbent selectively adsorbing nitrogen and causes the adsorbent to selectively adsorb nitrogen under a low temperature and to desorb adsorbed nitrogen under a high temperature. In the separation apparatus 1, a BOG exhaust pipe 17 exhausting BOG from a LNG storage tank 3 is connected to the first adsorption device 5 and the second adsorption device 7 each via an on-off valve, a heat medium flow channel for flowing a heating medium is arranged in the first adsorption device 5 and the second adsorption device 7 and can be indirectly heated with the heating medium, so that the BOG is selectively flown from the BOG exhaust pipe 17 through the first adsorption device 5 and the second adsorption device 7, thereby nitrogen adsorption and desorption can be alternately performed by the first adsorption device 5 and the second adsorption device 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】エネルギー消費量を大きくすることなくBOGから窒素ガスを分離するBOGからの窒素分離装置を得る。【解決手段】本発明に係るBOGからの窒素分離装置1は、窒素を選択的に吸着する吸着剤が充填され、低温下で前記吸着剤に窒素を選択的に吸着させ、高温下で吸着した窒素を脱着させる温度スイング式の吸着装置として、第1吸着装置5と第2吸着装置7を有し、LNG貯留タンク3からBOGを排出するBOG排出管17が、第1吸着装置5及び第2吸着装置7にそれぞれ開閉弁を介して接続され、第1吸着装置5及び第2吸着装置7には加熱媒体を流通させる熱媒流路が配設されて、前記加熱媒体により間接的に加熱できるようになっており、BOG排出管17からBOGを第1吸着装置5と第2吸着装置7に選択的に通流させて、第1吸着装置5と第2吸着装置7によって窒素の吸着と脱着を交互に行えるようにしたものである。【選択図】 図1 |
