Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological observation apparatus (endoscope device) 100 capable of easily distinguishing between a peripheral tissue such as a blood vessel and a bleeding site, and a tumor in the identification of a tumor by 5-ALA.SOLUTION: A biological observation apparatus includes a light source 11 for irradiating an excitation light near 405 nm onto a tissue, an optical sensor 3 for receiving a fluorescent light emitted from the tissue S onto which the excitation light is irradiated, and a first optical filter 41 installed on an optical path of the fluorescent light leading to the optical sensor 3 that cuts a light near 622 nm and transmits a light near 635 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】5−ALAによる腫瘍識別において、血管や出血等の周囲組織と、腫瘍とを容易に区別できる生体観測装置(内視鏡装置)100を提供する。【解決手段】405nm付近の励起光を組織に照射する光源11と、前記励起光を照射された組織Sから発される蛍光を受光する光センサ3と、前記光センサ3に至る蛍光の光路上に設けられて、622nm近傍の光をカットするとともに635nm近傍の光は透過させる第1光フィルタ41とを備えるようにした。【選択図】図2 |
