Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantitative detection of human cells, the method suppressing many false positives detected due to a large number of copies of the Alu sequence in the genomic DNA when using a method for examining in vivo kinetics of human cells prepared for transplantation by amplifying the Alu sequence as a target using a PCR method and quantifying the amount thereof.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a method for quantitative detection of human cells, the method using a primer that amplifies the Alu-Yd6 sequence in a specific manner to solve the problem.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 Alu配列を標的としてPCR法を用いて増幅し、その量を定量することで、移植用に準備されたヒト細胞の動物内での体内動態を検査する方法では、Alu配列のゲノムDNA内におけるコピー数が多いことから、偽陽性が多く検出される。そこで、当該検出方法を用いた場合の偽陽性を抑制することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明は、Alu-Yd6配列を特異的に増幅するプライマーを用いることで、当該課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
