Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical frequency swept laser light source highly excellent in linearity of sweep frequencies and in stability, and a laser radar.SOLUTION: An optical frequency swept laser light source includes: a frequency tunable laser light source 12 capable of controlling frequencies on the basis of an external signal I; difference-frequency generation units 16, 18 allowing a first laser beam L1 to interfere with a second laser beam L2 to generate a difference-frequency signal Sm; a sweep signal source 26 generating a sweep electrical signal Sd that varies the frequency with the lapse of time; and a phase synchronization unit 28 generating the external signal I by phase synchronization control on the basis of the difference-frequency signal Sm and the sweep electrical signal Sd. 【課題】掃引周波数の線形性、及び安定度のより優れた光周波数掃引レーザ光源、及びレーザレーダを提供すること。【解決手段】外部信号Iに基づいて周波数の制御が可能な周波数可変レーザ光源12と、第1のレーザ光L1と第2のレーザ光L2とを干渉させて電気信号である差周波信号Smを生成する差周波生成部16、18と、時間の経過に伴って周波数が変化する掃引電気信号Sdを発生する掃引信号源26と、差周波信号Smと掃引電気信号Sdとに基づく位相同期制御により外部信号Iを生成する位相同期部28と、を含み、周波数可変レーザ光源12から出力されるレーザ光を出力光Poとする。【選択図】図1 |
