PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately supply air amount required by a combustion furnace.SOLUTION: A waste treatment facility 1 includes: a combustion furnace 11; a compressor section 12a; a turbine section 12b; a compressed air pipe 22 having one end 22a connected to the compressor section 12a and the other end 22b connected to the turbine section 12b; a heat exchange section 13 provided in an intermediate portion 22c of the compressed air pipe 22 to exchange heat between air flowing in the compressed air pipe 22 and exhaust gas; a combustion furnace connection pipe 28 having one end 28a connected to the turbine section 12b and the other end 28b connected to the combustion furnace 11; a blower section 14; a blower air duct 34 having one end 34a connected to the blower section 14 and the other end 34b connected to the compressed air pipe 22 upstream of the heat exchange section 13; a bypass pipe 40 having one end 40a connected to the blower air duct 34 and the other end 40b connected to the combustion furnace connection pipe 28; a bypass valve 42; and a control section 15 for controlling an opening of the bypass valve 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】燃焼炉が必要とする空気量を適切に供給する。【解決手段】廃棄物処理設備１は、燃焼炉１１と、コンプレッサ部１２ａと、タービン部１２ｂと、一方の端部２２ａがコンプレッサ部１２ａに接続され、他方の端部２２ｂがタービン部１２ｂに接続される圧縮空気管２２と、圧縮空気管２２の中間箇所２２ｃに設けられ、圧縮空気管２２を流れる空気と排ガスとの熱交換を行う熱交換部１３と、一方の端部２８ａがタービン部１２ｂに接続され、他方の端部２８ｂが燃焼炉１１に接続される燃焼炉接続管２８と、ブロア部１４と、一方の端部３４ａがブロア部１４に接続され、他方の端部３４ｂが熱交換部１３の上流側の圧縮空気管２２に接続されるブロア送風管３４と、一方の端部４０ａがブロア送風管３４に接続され、他方の端部４０ｂが燃焼炉接続管２８に接続されるバイパス管４０と、バイパス弁４２と、バイパス弁４２の開度を制御する制御部１５と、を有する。【選択図】図１
