INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT ON BLADE OF HYDRAULIC SHOVEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic shovel, which enables a bucket and other work tools to be easily replaced and can implement several work by one shovel.SOLUTION: Fixing brackets 4, which can hold unused work devices such as a bucket 5, a rock drill 3, a pile installing device and others, are installed on a blade 2 of a hydraulic shovel 1, and the unused work devices are fitted on the blade through the fixing brackets 4. When another work device is required during the work by the bucket 5, the desired work is conducted by replacing the bucket of a boom 6 with another work device and fitting the detached bucket 5 to the blade 2. After the work, the bucket 5 and another work device are replaced again and another work device is fitted on the fixing bracket 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】バケットと他の作業具の交換を簡単にでき、１台で数役の作業ができる油圧ショベルを提供する。【解決手段】油圧ショベル１の排土板２に、不使用時のバケット５および、さく岩機３や杭打設機など他の作業装置を保持可能とする、取付け金具４を設け、不使用時の作業装置を取付け金具４を介して取り付けておく。バケット５による作業時に他の作業装置が必要になった時は、ブーム６のバケットと他の作業装置を交換し、外したバケット５は排土板２に取付けて、所望の作業を行う。作業後、再度バケット５と他の作業装置を交換し、他の作業装置を取付金具４に取り付ける。【選択図】図１
