CLEANING APPARATUS AND ROOF CLEANING METHOD AND PRIMER PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus and a roof cleaning method capable of removing dust from a roof having a wave shape, in which no man needs to ride on the roof and a scaffold does not need to be established over entire roof, and to provide a primer processing method where primer solution is applied to the roof after cleaning.SOLUTION: There is provided a cleaning apparatus 10 for removing dust from a roof R having a wave shape, on which a plurality of grooves D are formed, which comprises a vehicle body 11 which comprises wheels 16, 17 arranged on the grooves D and travels along the grooves D and a sweeping mechanism 12 on which a brush part 22 made to rub the roof R is arranged and is connected to the vehicle body 11. In the cleaning method, the vehicle body 11 travels along the grooves D while rubbing the brush part 22 onto the roof R. In the primer processing method, the vehicle body 11 is moved while rubbing the brush part 22 onto the roof R so as to remove dust from the roof R, then the vehicle body 11 travels along the grooves D while applying primer solution onto the roof R from a nozzle 36 arranged on the vehicle body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】屋根に人が載ることなく、かつ、足場を屋根全体に組むことを要することなく、波状の屋根から塵を取り除くことが可能な清掃装置及び屋根の清掃方法、並びに、清掃後に屋根にプライマー液を塗布するプライマー処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数の溝Ｄが形成された波状の屋根Ｒから塵を取り除く清掃装置１０であって、溝Ｄに配される車輪１６、１７を有し、溝Ｄに沿って進退する車体１１と、屋根Ｒに擦り付けられるブラシ部２２が設けられ、車体１１に連結された掃き出し機構１２とを備える。その清掃方法は、ブラシ部２２を屋根Ｒに擦り付けながら、車体１１を溝Ｄに沿って前進又は後退させる。プライマー処理方法は、ブラシ部２２を屋根Ｒに擦り付けながら車体１１を移動させて、屋根Ｒから塵を取り除いた後、車体１１に取り付けられたノズル３６から屋根Ｒにプライマー液を吹き付けながら、車体１１を溝Ｄに沿って前進又は後退させる。【選択図】図１
