Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface decorative film capable of modifying a surface of a hydrophobic substrate film with a simple method such as coating and UV irradiation and adding function and excellent durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydrophobic substrate film having high function and durability that an insertion reaction of nitrene prioritize a reaction with a substrate on a substrate boundary surface for suppressing consumption for internal crosslinking of functional polymers in introduction of the functional polymers to a substrate surface by using the insertion reaction of nitrene, a functional component containing an electrically neutral (having no electron apparently) hydrophilic group in a functional polymer layer is selected and a component having nitrene precursor functional group of 25 to 60 mol% is introduced.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】疎水性基材フィルムの表面をコーティングとUV照射といった簡便な方法で修飾し、機能及び優れた耐久性を付与することができる表面修飾フィルム。【解決手段】ニトレンの挿入反応を利用した機能性ポリマーの基材表面への導入においては、ニトレンの挿入反応が基材界面での基材との反応を優先し、機能性ポリマーの内部架橋に消費されるの抑制するためであって、機能性ポリマー層に電気的に中性(見かけ上電荷を持たない)の親水性基を含む機能性成分を選定し、ニトレン前駆体官能基を有する成分を25〜60モル%導入する、高機能と耐久性を有する疎水性基材フィルム。【選択図】なし
