Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film sufficiently having adhesiveness to a substrate after boiling test evaluation even when conditions for manufacturing a decorative laminate is low temperature or short time.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate film having a resin layer (I) consisting of an acrylic resin composition (A1) or a fluorine resin composition (A2) and an acrylic resin layer (II) consisting of a resin composition (B) containing a reactive group-containing acryl resin (B-1), the resin composition (B) contains total 100 mass% of the reactive group-containing acrylic resin (B-1) of 10 to 100 mass% and an acryl rubber particle (B-2) of 0 to 90 mass%, the reactive group-containing acryl resin (B-1) has a monomer unit having a reactive group to an amino group or a methylol group, percentage content of the monomer unit having the reactive group is 3 mass% or more based on 100 mass% of the resin composition (B) and glass transition temperature of the resin composition (B) is 0 to 90°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の課題は、化粧板を製造する条件が低温又は短時間である場合でも、煮沸試験評価後の基材への接着性を充分に有する積層フィルムを提供することにある。【解決手段】アクリル樹脂組成物(A1)又はフッ素樹脂組成物(A2)からなる樹脂層(I)と、反応性基含有アクリル樹脂(B−1)を含有する樹脂組成物(B)からなるアクリル樹脂層(II)とを備える積層フィルムであって、樹脂組成物(B)が、反応性基含有アクリル樹脂(B−1)10〜100質量%、アクリルゴム粒子(B−2)0〜90質量%の合計100質量%を含有し、反応性基含有アクリル樹脂(B−1)が、アミノ基又はメチロール基に対する反応性基を有する単量体単位を含み、前記反応性基を有する単量体単位の含有率が、樹脂組成物(B)100質量%に対して3質量%以上であり、樹脂組成物(B)のガラス転移温度が0〜90℃である積層フィルム。【選択図】 なし |
