Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive method for fascia release easily operated by anyone with reducing pains of the skin as much as possible.SOLUTION: The present method operates fascia release by: using material enlarging friction coefficient with an object in contact, such as silicone resin; being held an appliance (a) and the like manufactured by the material by hands; pushing the appliance so as to tightly contact with a portion to be targeted to fascia release of a skin surface (b) with appropriate force; and moving the appliance at appropriate widths in a reciprocative manner, or finely moving the same at random.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】皮膚の傷みをできるだけ少なくし、安価で、誰でも手軽に行える筋膜リリースの方法を提供する。【解決手段】シリコン樹脂などの、接する物体との摩擦係数を大きくする素材を用い、素材により作製された器具ａなどを手で持つなどして、筋膜リリースをしたい部位の皮膚表面ｂに密着するよう適度な力で押し付け、適度な幅で往復、またはランダムに小刻みに動かすことにより筋膜リリースを行う。【選択図】図１
