PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an audio signal equal to or lower than a regulation even in the case where a test signal is inputted.SOLUTION: A DSP 8 calculates a first effective value that is an effective value of frequency characteristics of an equalizer filter by which frequency characteristics of program simulation noise are filtered, and calculates a second effective value that is an effective value of the frequency characteristics of the program simulation noise. A third effective value that is an effective value of a gain of the equalizer filter is calculated based on the first effective value and the second effective value.
