Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy and highly accurate mass production, regarding an optical element having reflectors arranged in a matrix state and a periodic structure body having a similar structure.SOLUTION: An optical element includes a base material 7 and a rugged surface layer 8 of a cured product of a curable resin formed on the base material 7. The rugged surface layer 8 includes, arranged in a matrix state, recess parts 9 having orthogonal first and second walls K1, K2.
