Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device capable of irradiating a target object with scanning illumination light.SOLUTION: A fiber bundle 210 has a first end face 211 and a second end face 212. A luminous point array 230 includes a plurality of luminous points 232 arrayed in a first direction on the second end face 212 side of the fiber bundle 210.
