Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a BH curve so that magnetic permeability changes more smoothly than a conventional way with respect to a change in magnetic field intensity.SOLUTION: A BH curve is divided into a first area where magnetic field intensity H ranges from 0 to a maximum value of magnetic characteristic measurement data, a second area where the magnetic field intensity H ranges from the maximum value of the magnetic characteristic measurement data to magnetic field intensity Hcorresponding to saturation magnetic flux density B, and a third area where magnetic field intensity H is equal to or larger than the magnetic field intensity Hcorresponding to the saturation magnetic flux density B. As to respective areas, a BH interpolation expression reflecting a physical phenomenon of respective areas is set by using the magnetic characteristic measurement data (magnetic flux density B, and magnetic field intensity H corresponding to the magnetic flux density B) and saturation magnetic characteristic measurement data (the saturation magnetic flux density Band the magnetic field intensity Hcorresponding to the saturation magnetic flux density B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】磁界強度の変化に対して透磁率が従来よりも滑らかに変化するようにBH曲線を作成する。【解決手段】磁界強度Hが、0から、磁気特性測定データの最大値までの第1の領域と、磁界強度Hが、磁気特性測定データの最大値から、飽和磁束密度Bsに対応する磁界強度Hsまでの第2の領域と、磁界強度Hが、飽和磁束密度Bsに対応する磁界強度Hs以上の第3の領域とにBH曲線を分割して、それぞれの領域について、それぞれの領域の物理現象を反映したBH補間式を、磁気特性測定データ(磁束密度B、磁束密度Bに対応する磁界強度H)と飽和磁気特性測定データ(飽和磁束密度Bs、飽和磁束密度Bsに対応する磁界強度Hs)とを用いて設定する。【選択図】図1 |
