DEVICE FOR OPENING AND CLOSING SHUTTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for opening and closing a shutter which improves a manufacturing capacity of a plant by surely delivering a stored object such as a cement slurry from a container in short time.SOLUTION: In a device for opening and closing a shutter for discharging an object in a container 21 by opening and closing a shutter 34 provided at a discharge port 33 of the container 21, a slider 35 is provided at the shutter 34 and a driving shaft 46 is provided through a driving shaft hole 36 of the slider 35, in which a cross groove 47 is formed on an outer circumference of the driving shaft 46 at a predetermined length which crosses with each other in a spiral manner. At both ends of the cross groove 47, a reverse groove 48 is provided continuously with the cross groove 47. A fitting hook 40 of a swingable piece 38 provided on the slider 35 is freely fitted to the cross groove 47 so as to reciprocally move the slider 35 by a one-direction rotation of the driving shaft 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】セメントスラリーなどの収容物を容器内から短時間で、確実に送り出すことによりプラントの製造能力を高めるシャッターの開閉装置を提供すること。【解決手段】容器２１内の収容物を、前記容器２１の排出口３３に設けたシャッター３４を開閉して排出するためのシャッターの開閉装置において、前記シャッター３４にスライダー３５を設け、スライダー３５の駆動軸孔３６に駆動軸４６を貫通し、この駆動軸４６の外周に螺旋状の互いに交差するクロス溝４７を所定長形成する。このクロス溝４７の両端に、このクロス溝４７と連続する反転溝部４８を設け、このクロス溝４７に、前記スライダー３５に設けた揺動駒３８の嵌合爪体４０を遊嵌し、前記駆動軸４６の一方向の回転により前記スライダー３５を往復動せしめる。【選択図】図１
