Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of improving watertightness with a simple structure, and a manufacturing method of the fuel injection valve.SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve 1 is configured such that a fuel injection hole 120 is opened/closed by electrification to an actuator. The fuel injection valve includes a body 100 formed with a wire passage 10 through which a wire connected to the actuator passes, and a blockage member inserted into the wire passage 10 to block the wire passage 10. The wire passage 10 has one end opened to a side surface of the body 100, and the other end communicating with the actuator arranged on the fuel injection hole 120 side with respect to opening, and is formed with a groove 20 extending in a circumferential direction on an interface between an inner wall of the wire passage 10 and the blockage member.
