Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for a connection material that enables a lateral buckling prevention material (the connection material) to be fixed on and removed from a lining receiving girder readily, the lateral buckling prevention material being installed between the lining receiving girders lined up next to each other.SOLUTION: A lateral buckling prevention material 2 is installed between lining receiving girders 1, 1 installed next to each other, the lateral buckling prevention material having both ends spanned over upper flanges 1a, 1a of the lining receiving girders 1, 1. A pressing metal fitting 5 is fitted on an undersurface of the lateral buckling prevention material 2, the pressing metal fitting being movable toward the lining receiving girder 1 side. A reactive force receiver 6 is fitted on the undersurface of the lateral buckling prevention material 2, on a side opposite the lining receiving girder 1 with regard to the pressing metal fitting 5. A wedge 7 is inserted between the reactive force receiver 6 and the pressing metal fitting 5. By inserting the wedge 7 between the pressing metal fitting 5 and the reactive force receiver 6, the pressing metal fitting 5 moves toward the lining receiving girder 1 side and strongly presses the upper flange 1a of the lining receiving girder 1, thereby fixing the lateral buckling prevention material 2 between the lining receiving girders 1, 1 lined up next to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】並列する覆工受桁間に設置された横倒れ座屈防止材(連結材)を覆工受け桁の上に容易に固定及び取り外しできる連結材の取付け構造を提供する。【解決手段】並列する覆工受け桁1,1間に、両端を覆工受け桁1,1の上フランジ1a,1aに架設させた状態で横倒れ座屈防止材2を設置する。横倒れ座屈防止材2の下面に覆工受け桁1側に移動自在に押圧金具5を取り付ける。横倒れ座屈防止材2の下面に押圧金具5に対して覆工受け桁1の反対側に反力受け6を取り付ける。反力受け6と押圧金具5との間に楔7を挿入する。押圧金具5と反力受け6間に楔7を挿入することで、押圧金具3が覆工受け桁1側に移動して覆工受け桁1の上フランジ1aを強く押圧することにより横倒れ座屈防止材2が並列する覆工受け桁1,1間に固定される。【選択図】図2 |
