Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin composite reinforced fiber which is a raw material of a reinforced fiber composite resin molded material suitable for obtaining the reinforced fiber composite resin molded material having high mechanical physical property at high productivity and a reinforced fiber composite resin material to which a thermoplastic resin having high mechanical strength and heat resistance is impregnated highly.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic resin composite reinforced fiber having a thermoplastic resin (B) having melting viscosity at 260°C of 50 Pa s or more filled between fiber filaments in a reinforced fiber tow (A) and a resin layer consisting of the thermoplastic resin (B) in peripheral part of the reinforced fiber tow (A) with void fraction in the reinforced fiber tow (A) to which the thermoplastic resin (B) is filled of 30% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 高い機械物性を有する強化繊維複合樹脂成形材を、高い生産性で得るために好適な、強化繊維複合樹脂成形材の原料となる樹脂複合強化繊維の製造方法ならびに高い機械強度と耐熱性を有する熱可塑性樹脂により高く含浸された強化繊維複合樹脂材料が求められていた。【解決手段】 強化繊維トウ(A)中の繊維フィラメント間に、260℃における溶融粘度が50Pa・s以上である熱可塑性樹脂(B)が充填され、かつ強化繊維トウ(A)の周辺部に熱可塑性樹脂(B)からなる樹脂層を有し、熱可塑性樹脂(B)が充填された強化繊維トウ(A)中のボイド率が30%以下である熱可塑性樹脂複合強化繊維。【選択図】 図1
