Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture and provide a highly durable surface modified porous film to which a function is provided by simply introducing a functional polymer layer to the surface of the porous film.SOLUTION: A high function and durability are provided to a surface modified porous film by selecting a functional component including an electrically neutral hydrophilic group (having no apparent electrode) for a functional polymer layer, introducing a component having a specific rate of a nitrene precursor group, and forming the functional polymer layer with a thickness of 5-100 nm on the surface of the porous film.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】多孔質膜の表面に簡便に機能性ポリマー層を導入して機能を付与するとともに、耐久性にも優れた表面修飾多孔質膜を製造し提供する。【解決手段】機能性ポリマー層に電気的に中性（見かけ上電荷を持たない）の親水性基を含む機能性成分を選定すること、特定の割合でニトレン前駆体官能基を有する成分を導入すること、および機能性ポリマー層を多孔質膜表面に５〜１００ｎｍの厚みで形成させることで、表面修飾多孔質膜に高機能と耐久性を付与する。【選択図】なし
