The cover 20 in which the ball 10 is accommodated can be attached to a person so that the longitudinal direction of the ball 10 is oriented either to a body axial direction of the person or to a direction orthogonal to that direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】産後ケアを主とした運動具であって、産後の身体的不具合を、子育てをしながら安全かつ気持ちよく改善、解消することができるボールを利用した運動具及びこれを利用した運動方法を提案する。【解決手段】本発明に係る運動具は、楕円体状のボール10と、そのボール10を収容するカバー20と、ボール10が収容されたカバー20を人に取り付けるベルト30を有し、ボール10が収容されたカバー20は、ボール10の長軸方向が人の体軸方向又はこれに直角方向のいずれの方向にも向くように、人に取り付けられるようになっている。【選択図】図１ |
