INCOMBUSTIBLE HEAT DISSIPATION SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible heat dissipation sheet which has incombustibility and also improves heat dissipation effects and workability, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An incombustible heat dissipation sheet comprises: a heat conduction diffusion layer 100; a heat dissipation layer 200 that is laminated on one side of the heat conduction diffusion layer 100; and a heat conduction adhesive layer 300 that is laminated on the other side of the heat conduction diffusion layer 100. A release paper sheet 400 is laminated over the heat conduction adhesive layer 300. Further, a heat resistant adhesive agent of the heat conduction adhesive layer 300 contains a solid incombustible agent, a soluble incombustible agent and heat conductive fillers as incombustible functional materials, and the solid incombustible agent and the heat conductive fillers have diameters smaller than a thickness dimension of the heat conduction adhesive layer 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 難燃性を有し、かつ放熱効果、作業性にも優れた難燃性放熱シート及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 熱伝導拡散層１００と、この熱伝導拡散層１００の一面に積層される放熱層２００と、前記熱伝導拡散層１００の他面に積層される熱伝導粘着層３００とを有している。なお、熱伝導粘着層３００には、剥離紙４００が積層されている。しかも、熱伝導粘着層３０００耐熱粘着剤に難燃機能性材料としての固形難燃剤、可溶性難燃剤及び熱伝導フィラーを含み、固形難燃剤及び熱伝導フィラーは、熱伝導粘着層３００の厚み寸法より小さな径を有するものとしている。【選択図】 図１
