By introducing an electron-accepting cyano group as a substituent of the alkenyl group, a π electron orbit involved in charge transfer expands all over a molecule and an energy level of the π electron orbit can be made deeper without providing fluorine, trifluoromethyl group and the like as an electron attractive group required for making the π electron orbit be deeper in the past.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高い電荷移動性及び大気安定性を有する有機半導体材料を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の有機半導体材料は、中央にベンゼン環を有し、ピリジン環にアルケニル基が結合した構造を両端に有し、そのアルケニル基の置換基として電子求引性のシアノ基を導入することで、分子全体に電荷移動に関与するπ電子軌道が広がり、また、従来π電子軌道を深くするために必要であった電子求引性基であるフッ素やトリフルオロメチル基等を付与することなく、π電子軌道のエネルギー準位は深くすることができる。【選択図】なし |
