Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a manufacturing process of a display device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a display device includes the steps of: forming a terminal electrode in a terminal portion of a first substrate; forming a pixel electrode correspondingly to each pixel in a pixel portion of the first substrate; forming a first intermediate layer in a region, of the terminal portion, including the terminal electrode; forming an organic layer on the pixel electrode in the pixel portion; forming a counter electrode layer in a portion on the first substrate that includes the pixel portion and the terminal portion; forming a passivation layer on the counter electrode layer; arranging a second substrate so as to face the pixel portion, and then attaching the first substrate to the second substrate by a sealing material surrounding the pixel portion; and removing the first intermediate layer, the counter electrode layer and the passivation layer in the terminal portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
