Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the interest of a user in power use and a power company.SOLUTION: A web server 3 of a power company which each user M can access via a communication terminal 4 is communicatively connected with a power use amount server 2 storing the amount of power use of each user M. The web server 3 includes: a prediction registration task 311 allowing a user M to input a predicted amount of the amount of power use in a prescribed period of the user M; and a prediction point task 312 for obtaining an actual amount of power use in the prescribed period of the user M from the power use amount server 2 after the elapse of the prescribed period and awarding the user M more points as difference between the actual amount of power use and the predicted amount is smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 電力使用や電力事業者に対する需要家の関心を高める。【解決手段】 各需要家Ｍが通信端末４を介してアクセス可能な電力事業者のウェブサーバ３と、各需要家Ｍの電力使用量を記憶する電力使用量サーバ２とが通信自在に接続され、ウェブサーバ３に、需要家Ｍが該需要家Ｍの所定期間の電力使用量の予測量を入力可能な予測登録タスク３１１と、所定期間の経過後に、電力使用量サーバ２から需要家Ｍの所定期間における実際の電力使用量を取得し、該実際の電力使用量と予測量との差が小さいほど多くのポイントを需要家Ｍに付与する予測ポイントタスク３１２と、を備える。【選択図】 図１
