Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor, a process cartridge having the electrophotographic photoreceptor and an electrophotographic device for reducing a streak-like image defect occurring due to low-speed printing mode output under a hot and humid environment and suppressing burdens on a cleaning blade.SOLUTION: Provided is a cylindrical electrophotographic photoreceptor, where the electrophotographic photoreceptor has multiple rows of groove formed on the circumferential surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and a rugged shape continuous in the axial direction of the electrophotographic photoreceptor resulting from the plurality of grooves is such that, in an axial cross section of the electrophotographic photoreceptor, a line segment linking the peak of the rugged shape and an adjacent bottom point protrudes from a virtual straight line linking the peak of the rugged shape and the adjacent bottom point.
