PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornament that hardly undergoes a recess such as a flaw or bruise, and in which, even if a relatively large external force is applied to it to cause a recess, the recess is inconspicuous, and provide a watch having the ornament.SOLUTION: An ornament 10 includes: a substrate 1 in which at least a part of the surface is mainly made of Ti or stainless steel; and a coating 2 that is disposed on the substrate 1 and is mainly made of TiC. The coating 2 is a laminated body having at least a first layer 21 and a second layer 22 disposed on the surface side of the first layer 21 that faces the substrate 1.
